yes i said shingles, after the kids and i got home from getting soaked on the walk home from school, we started hearing this loud scary noise on top of the house while it started to rain harder, and i looked and looked until i found what it was…………

i woke up to get the kids ready for school and to my heart-aching pain it was raining.
now dont get me wrong, i hear how everyone says that california needs the rain, but….
my kids dont have jackets or umbrellas or rain shoes, and on top of that, we walk to and from school….

Thanksgiving day ride…
so today started pretty sad for me n husb. we couldnt afford a thanksgiving meal.
the kids woke up they had breakfast.
football followed and play time. on and off the kids the kids asked if we could cook the turkey already, so finally we told them that we had planned to go to a friends house for thanksgiving dinner.
