What are your Dog's and pets Favorite Treats? Our Blue Prefers BLUE Santa Snacks®

Growing up I always had pets, at our house, at my Grandma’s house, at my Uncle’s house; it was just a normal thing. As a Mom, even with 6 kids and a Husband who was constantly deployed, it was a must that my children have pets as well.

Currently we have 1 dog, 1 cat, 1 turtle, 1 rabbit and about 100 fish.  Yes it’s crazy and busy, but I wouldn’t have it any other way. Our pets are not only a part of our Family, but they are there when even Humans don’t understand us. As a Mom of an autistic child, I can not imagine a day without our pets.

This is Blue, and he is three years old…

several months ago he got extremely sick and we found out that he is allergic to chicken and grains. The journey in trying to find him treats was exhausting, and I am so thankful to have been chosen to partner with Blue Buffalo and promote their BLUE Santa Snacks® for Dogs.

BLUE will also have a “Naughty or Nice” social contest  supporting Santa Snacks during this time period. Pet parents can submit a photo of their pet as naughty or nice and they will receive an overlay image card that can be shared on social media. Each week there will be winners for a BLUE stocking with Santa Snacks and potential to win the grand prize of a $500 gift card.

His newest trick is knowing that a “squeak” of his reindeer means come here, and he runs to us as soon as he hears his “squeaker”.
So I thought it would be a cute idea to make him a treat jar with a squeaker, so not only would it look cute on the counters; but also because I love to spoil my doggie.

Watch our short video to see how easy it was to make this cute treat jar filled with his favorite treats!
