So far I have learned that baths, in fact, are relaxing, especially if I take one while the kids are in school. This is a whole new world for me! How to Make Grapefruit Bath Salts for a Home Spa or DIY Favors

 

 

Supplies Needed for Grapefruit Bath Salts:

 

• 1 cup Natural Epsom Salt
  
• 1 cup Pink Himalayan Salt Extra-Fine Grain
  
• 1/4 cup of Arm & Hammer Pure Baking Soda
  
• 6 drops of Grapefruit 100% Essential Oil- Therapeutic Grade

 

• Jar or bottle with lid (I purchased this one to fit my decoration & style)
  
• Optional: 1 – 2 drops of Red Coloring {to slightly tint the bath salts}

Directions:

• Combine Epsom salt, Himalayan salt, baking soda. Mix well.

 

• Add red coloring, and essential oil. Mix well.

 

 

• Fill the glass bowl with your newest creation. Mix well.
• Store in glass container with lid.
• Use 1 cup of mixture in your bath.
