How did you know that I was obsessed with pumpkin? Oh boy this parfait looks delicious and for some reason it reminds me of the ‘pumpkin spice lattes’ that you can get at Starbucks during autumn. I love being able to have pumpkin spice all year round!

I love the color. It sure looks festive and yummy. Oreos are so versatile! You can have it as it is, or crush them to make a crust, or add them in layers to make a delicious parfait like that! Thanks for the idea. I don’t have to wait for pumpkin season next year to make this.

Hi!
Welcome to our little world!
My name is Lily, I am a Mommy to 6 kids; and wife to a US Navy Sailor of 15 years. We are a typical Family trying to live the American dream, and though my son’s Autism and my Husband’s PTSD and TBI (Traumatic Brain Injury) sometimes try to dampen our mood; we try our hardest to push through it and keep on movin’!

I absolutely LOVE blogging, sharing our life, and our adventures; whether good or not so good.

Our Family went through what WE hope is the worst week ever a year and a half ago, and tragedies continued to hit our Family for a while.
In 4 days, our car was totaled, our house broken into, and our house caught on fire. We are literally having to start over from scratch.
