This past Sunday my Family was invited to the Globetrotter’s “You write the rules” World Tour Preview game.

The first ever game in the NEW Barclay’s Center in Brooklyn, NY!

Packed house sees Globetrotters’ first-ever game in Brooklyn; team plays in pink uniforms with pink basketballs to promote breast cancer awareness

The iconic Harlem Globetrotters made history before a crowd of 15,000-plus on Oct. 7, helping to open the new Barclays Center in Brooklyn, N.Y. – becoming the first family entertainment event in the new arena. Not only were we their guests, but my Family had a gift from the “Fairy” and we had our own Suite!!! 😉

Needless to say that “epic” was used A LOT!

I hope you enjoyed our pictures, and if you have a chance; go see The Globetrotters!!!

Do you have wordless or NOT so wordless moments?

I always wanted to see the Globetrotters when I was a kid. It simply amazed me what a group of guys could do with a basketball. What fun it all looked! Even now apart of me would love to see them (even though this is a new breed of Globetrotters) live & in action. What a privilege this must have been for your whole family. Way to go to you guys! =D Now following!

Superb posting, I share the same views. I wonder why this particular world truly does not picture for a moment like me and also the blog site creator 😀

Looking for Something Specific?

Hi!
Welcome to our little world!
My name is Lily, I am a Mommy to 6 kids; and wife to a US Navy Sailor of 15 years. We are a typical Family trying to live the American dream, and though my son’s Autism and my Husband’s PTSD and TBI (Traumatic Brain Injury) sometimes try to dampen our mood; we try our hardest to push through it and keep on movin’!

I absolutely LOVE blogging, sharing our life, and our adventures; whether good or not so good.

Our Family went through what WE hope is the worst week ever a year and a half ago, and tragedies continued to hit our Family for a while.
In 4 days, our car was totaled, our house broken into, and our house caught on fire. We are literally having to start over from scratch.
